
My Why!
I created Brock Mill Wellness as a private place, no matter what the reason, for people to improve their fitness and well-being in private. Why? I have noticed that many of my clients and friends were inhibited, at least initially, to exercise in large commercial gyms. Many of them had a strong desire, whether it be to improve their physique, level of fitness or even to enjoy another hobby, but simply couldn’t set foot in what they considered to be an exposed setting.

Secondly, from beginners to advanced gym goers, all can benefit from exercising safely and obtain maximum benefit from their valuable time. Combining Personal Training with Saunas or Cold Water Therapy is such a natural extension to improving well-being.
Quite simply I am passionate about exercise, general well-being and people’s mental health. A good day for me is seeing my clients improve more than they originally thought possible. I guess this is why I have also completed a series of qualification to help me realise people’s potential.
